We developed both rental and homeownership housing which would benefit veterans and low income families. To date VBCDC has developed 575 units of afordable/market housing and over 20,000 square feet of office/community space valued at $90 million. VBCDC successful 30 year housing development track record has given the organization the capacity to develop supportive housing, affordable/market rental and homeownership. In addition, we have the financial capacity and technical expertise to develop commercial facilities such as retail developments to schools.
