VBCDC REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT 

VBCDC  has had a successful 30 year housing development track record. 

 

Since 2016, VBCDC has overseen and approve the following upgrades:

 

• VBC Apartment Renovations: Conversion of the lower basement into a resident computer lab, and kitchen and bath renovations.

• Property Renovations: Completed kitchen and bath renovations and exterior masonry work at SMS, Washington Heights, and Grove Hall.

• Grove Hall Apartments: Facilitated the installation of solar panels and are currently overseeing a window upgrade project.

• 17 Rockville Park: VBCDC approves and supports minor upgrades as needed.
